The work centers on keeping conversations moving. You will connect with individuals who have questions about health coverage and life benefit options, learn what they need, coordinate the appropriate next step, and maintain reliable follow-up.

You do not need previous industry experience or a college degree. Training is provided so you can learn the process, understand the systems, and become more confident with each conversation.
