Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Staff Accountant:





• Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed assets
• Support cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Coordinate with third-party providers for audit and tax
• Utilize ERP system for accounting operations



Qualifications for the Sr. Staff Accountant:


• 5-10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience)
• Background in small company or lean team environments is a plus
