Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Meridian, MS, 39301. If you have a passion for fixing appliances and enjoy working with your hands, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring our customers' homes run smoothly. Join us in providing top-notch service and making a difference in our community! Responsibilities Diagnose issues with appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances. Communicate effective with customers to explain issues and solutions. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new appliance technologies. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus. Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
