Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will play an essential role in supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support

Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Offering companionship and emotional support

Providing medication reminders

Supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

Maintaining professional and compassionate communication with clients and families

Caregiver Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required

Willingness to complete paid training provided by the company

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check

Honest, reliable, and caring personality

Strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
