We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance department and oversee the day-to-day operation, repair, and upkeep of our facility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance department operations

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the facility

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate repairs to building systems and equipment

• Assist with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, generator, and security-system needs

• Perform routine preventive maintenance

• Identify maintenance and safety concerns and ensure timely follow-up

• Coordinate maintenance services with other facility departments

• Supervise and support maintenance staff, when applicable

• Maintain required maintenance records and documentation

• Coordinate outside vendors and service providers as needed

• Participate in Department Head and corporate meetings as scheduled

• Work collaboratively with the facility management team

• Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled

• Respond to facility maintenance emergencies when necessary

• Help maintain a safe, clean, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, employees, and visitors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or related experience

• Training or hands-on experience with physical plant maintenance and building systems

• Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, maintenance equipment, and security systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple maintenance needs

• Dependable with strong follow-through

• Ability to work effectively with leadership, employees, vendors, and contractors

• Positive, respectful approach when working around elderly and disabled residents

• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position
