Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Duluth, GA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation, conducting real estate closings, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, working collaboratively with team members, and handling multiple complex cases with precision and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in general legal practice and expertise in Law, with specialization in Real Estate, Estate Planning, or Business Law
- Demonstrated skills in Negotiation to effectively represent clients in various transactions and legal proceedings
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity
- Proven ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Commitment to ethical legal practices and maintaining client confidentiality
