14620 - Sales Support Analyst (onsite) - Houston, TX Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Houston, TX; Experience as Sales Support Analyst (2 years); High School Grad / GED. Preferred: Experience in Natural Gas and Retail Energy market; Experience with Financial Analysis; Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Bachelor's Degree. Responsibilities: Directly support the Sales team for processing commercial agreements. Act as liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers, including: analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately. Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments and increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility. Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates. Conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
