Job Overview We are hiring an Entry‑level Project Manager for our National Accounts facilities team located on‑site at our corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS. This role ensures project objectives are met by the specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. Job Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed and order materials, operating within customer‑specified budget parameters and coordinating schedules and installs with outside vendors. Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within the budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and clients and provide updates as needed. Present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers, effectively communicating technical findings from technicians. Master project coordinating and problem‑solving using good judgment and forecasting. Follow administrative procedures and processes for the management of projects on time and under budget. Monitor and review all projects to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met. Determine innovative solutions to all problems concerning execution of jobs. Help maintain job files by gathering information to ensure projects are completed and billed accurately. Work with strategic partners and the internal service team to establish and adhere to service level agreements. Maintain and promote a positive attitude toward customers and fellow employees regardless of circumstances. Other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Construction Management Degree or two (2) years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub‑contractor, or property management firm (preferred). High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑focused work environment. Mechanically minded or inclined. Strong mathematical ability; must verify bids for accuracy. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook. Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving skills.
