Customer Relations Specialist - BoulderBoulder YMCA - Boulder, CO 80301OverviewSalary Range $16.82 - $16.82 Hourly Position Type Part TimeDescriptionThe YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a customer service specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week.We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.ResponsibilitiesWelcomes our members.Answers questions.Gives tours.Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.Customer Service and Sales Experience.Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).Intermediate computer skills required.Physical Demands/Functional AttributesEssential functions are the fundamental job duties, meaning the position exists to perform the function; there is a limited number of employees among whom the performance of the function can be distributed; and/or the incumbent is hired for expertise or ability to perform the function due to its high specialization.
