Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive professional phone calls with customers and potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Develop new sales opportunities and help achieve company sales goals
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Learn company products, services, and procedures quickly
• Work independently while contributing to a team environment
