13th Month Retention Bonus, Worker's Compensation Insurance, [ About 12 percent added to gross pay for: Employer paid Social Security, Employer paid Medicare Tax, Employer paid California State Unemployment (SUTA), Employer paid Federal Unemployment Tax, Employer paid California Employment Training Tax ] Plus base hourly rate DOE range $19 to $50 per hour Strong Tall Male Fine Housekeeper and Gentlemen's Valet for retired and active elderly gay male couple. No children, no pets. Partial mobile disability — shower attendance required. Not a Temporary Job, not "personal caregiving" per se. This is primarily a cleaning position intended to be long term, part time. Career cleaning and housekeeping professionals most preferred. Will consider training right person. 4 hour session once per week — some flexibility of days and time slot, but schedule must be fixed and regular. (more hours possible depending on extra skill set: cooking, plant care, sewing, IHSS talent a plus.) STATUS: Hourly at-will W2 Employee, Form I-9 required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Restore Order Light, Heavy, and Deep cleaning according to house procedures (windows, ovens, decks included) skilled laundry including stain removal, some ironing, upkeep: fine garments, furnishings, tableware, cookware, and facilities, keep gentleman's wardrobe organized, clean, and ready to wear. pack and unpack wardrobe for travel. Shower attendant.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

Ability to lift and load 55 pound wheelchair; reach a shelf at 6 feet 5 inches such as an airline overhead bin Current COVID, Flu vaccinations 3 years experience performing similar paid cleaning, housekeeping, and personal valet service. Attention to detail, 20/20 vision with corrective lenses. Normal color and tactile perception. Requires full background checks, and postal addresss for payment by check reported to IRS via W2. Live work nearby Ruth Hardy Park, Palm Springs, CA to be on-site quickly (less than 10 minutes) for occasional urgent tasks and accident cleanup. Strong English communication via text, email, phone is required. iPhone highly preferred. No tattoes or facial piercings. DRESS CODE: Country or City Club Staff
