HOME HEALTH NURSE / PRIVATE DUTY NURSE Position Location: Plano, TX Shift 1: Friday – Sunday, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. (Client: 18‑year‑old with trach and G‑tube) Shift 2: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Client: 14‑year‑old with G‑tube) Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $2,500 Scheduling: 1:1 nursing care with flexible hours Company Since 1990, Pediatric Home Service has been a trusted leader in pediatric home health and private duty nursing. Responsibilities You will provide 1:1 nursing care to children with complex medical needs, ensuring safe and effective care at home. Responsibilities include: Administer medication and treatments, including ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care. Monitor patient status and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate families on home care and provide ongoing support. Implement care plans and adapt to changing needs. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with valid license in Texas. Minimum of 0–1 years of nursing experience (no prior pediatric or ventilator experience required). Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills. Training & Support We provide specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care. 24/7 support is available from the dedicated team to help you succeed.
