Intra-governmental Transaction Senior Manager
Openings: 1
Location: Remote
Clearance: Must hold at least an interim Secret clearance
Job Description:
This role leads the development and execution of a strategic plan to downgrade material weaknesses in intra-governmental transactions by FY2027. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating Integrated Project Plans (IPPs)
- Authoring PCMs and RACMs
- Identifying and closing control gaps
- Designing and testing controls (ToD/ToE)
- Coordinating with Army stakeholders, Service Providers, and IPAs
Required Skills:
- Expertise in internal controls, RACMs, and federal audit standards
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Experience with audit remediation and stakeholder collaboration
Minimum Requirements :
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM
- 6 years of experience with federal financial management
- 3 years of federal accounting experience
- CPA license (preferred)
