Compliance Manager

To enhance operational excellence, the full-time Compliance Manager will execute workforce planning processes, support standardized operational metrics, and partner with various teams to optimize resource utilization and improve operational performance. Key responsibilities Execute and enhance workforce planning processes, including forecasting and operational performance measurement Support the implementation of standardized operational metrics and management reporting across multiple processes Analyze operational performance data and provide actionable recommendations for resource utilization and workforce effectiveness Required qualifications Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or operational strategy within large-scale operations or compliance environments Strong understanding of workforce management principles and performance reporting methodologies Proven experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards for operational decision-making Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and managing team performance Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
