We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Customer Care/Retention Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service, retain valued clients, and identify opportunities to enhance their coverage. You will work in a supportive and engaging office environment, benefiting from hands-on training, quality leads, and strong marketing support.

• Earnings average $40,000-$70,000

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone, by email, and in person
• Call clients to review their policies before renewals
• Onboard and welcome new customers to the agency
• Build and Maintain long-term relationships with our clients
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand coverage
• Schedule appointments for our Life and Financial Specialist

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Prior retention experience in a client success role preferred
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, client-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Active insurance license or willing to obtain one (training and materials provided)
