Bricktown Brewery is coming soon to Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City! We're looking for dependable, hardworking Cooks to join our kitchen team and help prepare the fresh, flavorful food our guests know and love. If you enjoy cooking, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in delivering quality food, we'd love to meet you.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Bricktown Brewery's recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portion sizes, and cooking temperatures.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage food orders efficiently to ensure timely preparation during busy service periods.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory rotation, and restocking throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and cooking station.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• A strong work ethic and commitment to preparing high-quality food.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle kitchen tools, equipment, and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
