La Quinta Inn & Suites in New Cumberland, PA is seeking an experienced, results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel team members.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest reviews and respond promptly to guest concerns to maintain high service standards.
• Achieve revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets, payroll, purchasing, and expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and property appearance.
• Maintain excellent quality assurance and inspection scores.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase hotel revenue.
• Analyze hotel performance reports and implement action plans to improve results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Experience with select-service or limited-service hotels preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Proven experience managing budgets, labor costs, and hotel financial performance.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands require.
• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
