As an Operations Generalist you will be instrumental in:

Supporting the C&D Operations Team on essential projects, including optimizing team office spaces, organizing team events and administering key platforms. Your role involves fostering organizational excellence, streamlining documentation and processes, and proactively identifying new efficiencies for the team's ongoing success.

Essential Functions

In this role, you will contribute to:

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination

• Flawless Project Delivery: Ensure consistent delivery (on-time, on-budget, on-brief) across a portfolio of high-priority Creative & Design special projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Drive accountability, detailed task tracking, and proactive communication to ensure critical deadlines are consistently met across all functions.

Team Support & Logistics

• Facilities & Event Management: Strategically manage and optimize team office space. Manage budgets and facilitate catering for team events
• Global Coordination: Manage worldwide product shipments, coordinate international logistics, and develop key vendor relationships.

As an Operations Generalist, you have:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience , or a current/recent graduate from an accredited university/college with relevant internship/project experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience in high-traffic project coordination in a mid to large company.
• Understanding of how to use G Suite - Drive, Documents, Sheets, and Slides.
• Comfort and practical experience using and implementing AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency.
