Communicates significant problems and/or deviation to responsible person with corrective action for concurrence and resolution.Orders packaging materialsShips customer gauging/tooling/fixturing,Package finished product and preparing shipping documents, etc. to support the flow in and out of the facility.Perform cycle counting and coordinating the annual Physical InventoryMay perform other duties as required.Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.Process all material returns from customers and suppliers.Deliver and pick-up parts from customers and suppliers.Experience Requirements:Minimum One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.Ability to effectively communicate, build and utilize a team to solve problems and work in a team environment with empowered people making decisions and taking responsibility.Ability to operate Computer & Tape sealer.Good mathematical skills.Possess strong computer skills.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers and vendors.Possess high integrity and ethical standards.Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels employees, customers and vendorsSchedule and organize time and tasks effectively.Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and be flexible in a rapid change to market conditions.Education:High School Diploma or GED required.This job position may include access to controlled information or technology subject to U.S. export control laws.
