District Sales Manager

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a District Sales Manager to join our team! This position includes the
responsibility of managing district sales representatives in Northern Missouri (Kirksville, MO) and
Southern Iowa (Ottumwa & Iowa City, IA) and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, train, & motivate sales representatives in designated territory to achieve sales goals and
customer satisfaction. Assist in new business development with prospective customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferred that candidates live in District Area.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous sales management recommended.
• Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a certificate of insurance as proof of adequate
insurance coverage, which meets Kohl Wholesale’s current standards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for computer applications and software needed.
