You'll own the analytical infrastructure that tells us how the business is performing — growth, liquidity, revenue, retention, market health, and everything in between.The mandate is straightforward: make sure leadership always has a clear, accurate, and timely picture of what's happening across the business — and make sure that picture is actionable. That means owning KPI frameworks, building the dashboards and reports that executives and the board rely on, and going deep when something looks off or an opportunity is hiding in the data.This role is for someone who thrives on ambiguity and moves fast. You'll work across a mix of structured and complex data, build analysis from the ground up, and field high-priority questions from senior leadership on tight timelines.
