As a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management, based on site in Calcasieu Pass, Louisiana, you will be responsible to: Managing long‑term contractual service agreements, ensuring full compliance with commercial, operational, technical, and performance obligations Leading all contract performance activities related to Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outage execution Serving as the primary customer interface, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and seamless coordination between customer stakeholders and internal teams Owning customer contract performance metrics, including financial, operational, technical, reliability, availability, and safety performance indicators Acting as the primary liaison for customer contract matters, managing escalations, change requests, and performance discussions Coordinating cross‑functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Quality, HSE, and Commercial functions to deliver contractual commitments Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and long‑term contract profitability Ensuring adherence to contractual service requirements, performance guarantees, operational specifications, and service‑level commitments Coordinating local site teams during planned outages, maintenance activities, inspections, and major service events to ensure safe and efficient execution Supporting contract administration activities including proposal support, contract negotiations, amendments, performance reviews, and commercial governance Identifying and communicate equipment upgrade opportunities, technology enhancements, and lifecycle improvement strategies that create value for customers To be successful in this role you will: Have university degree in Engineering along with 5+ years direct experience with gas and steam turbines Have project Management expertise with large customers utilizing technical skills and maintenance knowledge Have previous experience in customer facing roles with LNG clients Have outage execution experience with turbomachinery products Able to work onsite at customer site in Louisiana Have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Desired Characteristics Have experience managing complex service agreements within power generation, energy, industrial, or rotating equipment environments Have strong understanding of contract management, outage planning, maintenance strategies, field service operations, and equipment reliability principles Have proven ability to manage executive customer relationships and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority Have demonstrated success in financial management, KPI reporting, risk management, and contract performance governance Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
