In this role you will meet one‑on‑one with company leads from seminars, our robust marketing engine that includes TV and digital leads and referrals, as well as existing clients. Key Traits Strong initiative Positive attitude Ability to market to local clients Persistence An entrepreneurial perspective to build client base Persuasive ability Minimum Requirements College degree preferred 2+ years of financial service experience Series 66 or 65 and Life and Health certifications required Experience selling AUM, annuities and life products Ability to bring a small book of business Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with CRM preferred Position Responsibilities Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans Assist clients with annuities, life, long‑term care, and managed money Provide financial planning advice on investment, insurance, and retirement Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships Meet individual and team goals Salary Annually Forgivable Base Draw Variable compensation overrides for performance Benefits 401(k) with generous matching 100% employer‑paid insurance (health, vision, dental) Eligibility to enroll in HSA, FSA, and more Paid holidays PTO Hours Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm In office Note: Only people who are currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role.
