Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients to formulate appropriate diagnoses.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs, addressing their goals and preferences with sensitivity and care.

• Employ evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in sessions to promote effective coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster recovery.

• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans according to feedback and ongoing evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals as part of an integrated care approach to address complex needs comprehensively.

Qualifications\n
