Reporting within Finance, the role develops the global compliance framework, standardizes processes, manages complex escalations, and strengthens financial controls, risk management, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the global customs and trade compliance framework, ensuring alignment with financial controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.Standardize customs processes and support implementation of global policies, procedures, and best practices across regions.Act as the escalation point for complex customs and trade compliance issues, providing expert guidance and ensuring consistent resolution.Oversee customs brokers and external trade partners, monitoring performance and compliance with global standards.Identify and mitigate customs-related financial and compliance risks while supporting audit readiness and remediation activities.Analyze customs data, duty spend, and operational performance to drive cost optimization, process improvements, and informed decision-making.What you bringEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, International Trade, Law, or a related field.Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree, including 7–10+ years of progressive customs and trade compliance experience with strong technical expertise in customs classification, valuation, origin, and import/export processes.Experience & Qualifications7–10 years of customs and trade compliance experience, with demonstrated technical expertise in:Customs classification, valuation, and originTariff regulations and IEEPA requirementsFree Trade Agreements (FTAs)Global trade compliance frameworksExperience working with ERP and trade management systems (e.g., SAP, SAP GTS).Ability to manage complex customs matters and adapt to changing regulatory requirements while balancing classification and trade compliance priorities.What’s in it for you?Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.3 weeks’ vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service.Parental Leave – 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child’s birth or adoption.A wide range of development opportunities to boost your professional and leadership growth.We Elevate… Your CareerBecome part of our team, help us enhance quality of life and drive innovation while raising the bar for safety and sustainability.
