- Implement TLEs L.E.A.P. Curriculum , bringing learning to life through playbased activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory exploration
- Support toddlers as they build independence from selfhelp skills to early problemsolving
- Foster positive social interactions and help children learn to share, communicate, and express their feelings
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLEs bright and nurturing environment

- Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a caring heart and willingness to grow are essential

- Schedule shift would be 9-6PM M-F
- Previous experience (3-5 years) working with toddlers (ages 12 years) in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate classroom practices.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a classroom and guide assistant teachers
- Maintain a structured, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson planning requirements based on our proprietary curriculum.
