Physical Therapist – Pt. Charlotte, FL HealthCare Support is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support patients in Pt. Charlotte, FL and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality home health physical therapy, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work-life balance: No weekends, no holidays, no night shifts Compensation Notes Pay-per-visit (point system) Average hourly equivalent: $50–$55/hour Estimated annual compensation:$105,000–$115,000 (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement: Yes, at IRS rate Daily Responsibilities For The Physical Therapist Provide in home physical therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, following physician-directed care plans. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Deliver hands-on therapy and adjust treatment plans as patients progress. Communicate regularly with physicians, care teams, and family members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Average visit length is approximately 90 minutes, with a typical caseload of 4–5 visits per day.
