Robotics Mechanical Engineer - Tactile & Sensing

OpenAI is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for tactile sensing and robotic subsystem development in San Francisco. You will lead mechanical design, prototyping, and validation, collaborating with hardware and software teams to deliver robust sensor solutions. Ideal candidates have strong fundamentals in mechanical design, experience in robotics, and a track record of moving from prototype to manufacturable assemblies. On-site presence four days a week is expected.
