Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product OwnerSenior Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner Work Location: Charlotte, NC (5 days onsite) Contract duration: 12+ months Contract Visa: US Citizens or GC only.Senior Business/Technical Analyst and Certified Scrum Master with 6+ years of experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, system analysis, solution design, agile product ownership, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities & SkillsLead full lifecycle delivery as Product Owner / Senior BSA for enterprise applicationsDrive digital transformation across Order Management, Product Catalog, FCC, RPA, and Digital platformsDefine business & system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for UI, API, and data teamsCollaborate across Salesforce, middleware, frontend (React), backend (.NET, MySQL) teamsManage Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos using Jira & ScrumOversee UAT, API testing (Postman/Swagger), and SQL-based data validationEnsure high system reliability through SLA governance and integration monitoringTools & Technologies:SQL, MySQL, AWS, REST APIs, Salesforce, Jira, Lucidchart, MS
