RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour mid shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
/n• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date
/n• 2+ years of experience required plus at least 2 previous travel assignments completed successfully
/n• Auto offers only - no interviews required
/n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ESI level 5 training
/n• TNCC certification preferred
/n• Cerner experience preferred
/n• 48-hour weekly guarantees are not available
/n• Patient ratio of 1:4
/n• No call requirements
/n• No floating required
/n• Navy scrubs required
/n• Work with 29 beds plus 8 hallway spaces
/n• Blocked scheduling will be attempted while meeting weekend requirements
/n• One major and one minor holiday may be required
/n• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the nursing process
/n• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and leadership in patient care delivery
/n• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical practices
/n• Collaborate with other professional disciplines for effective patient care
/n• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
/n• Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel
