We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center. This remote position primarily supports our Detox Center and focuses on providing high-quality mental health services to individuals dealing with addiction and mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in enhancing the wellbeing of our clients by delivering empathetic, evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling in a supportive environment.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling options, with a commitment to promoting work-life balance. Successful candidates can choose between a 4x10 or 5x8 shift from Monday to Friday, encompassing hours between 8 AM and 7 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy or counseling to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather critical social, personal, and health-related information, forming the foundation for effective treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate and address presenting issues while coordinating programs and activities that meet each client’s emotional and social requirements.
\n
• Facilitate crisis resolution and provide referrals to relevant community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships rooted in respect and trust, enabling clients to feel safe and understood.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services and adjust approaches as needed to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Manage a caseload effectively while ensuring timely updates to case documentation and communication with relevant team members.
\n
• Provide clinical counseling services to clients experiencing various mental health disorders.
\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support both clients and the overall team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients facing addiction issues and related mental health challenges, such as mood disorders, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and represent various ages, requiring a culturally competent approach in counseling. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate through their recovery journey, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to foster resilience and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active licensing as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia.
\n
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, client assessment, and intervention strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical social work or a related field is highly preferred.

• Prior counseling experience in behavioral health, particularly in addiction treatment, couples therapy, and family counseling.

• Experience working in a detox setting or with clients undergoing substance use treatment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. A generous sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates.
