We're opening a brand-new Woodhouse Spa in Oak Brook this fall, and we're hiring our founding massage team. Most spas in this area pay a low admin rate plus a percentage of what you book, which means slow weeks cost you income. We decided to do it differently. What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois Massage Therapy license (new graduates awaiting MBLEx results are welcome to apply we'll hold a spot)
• Availability that includes weekends, when our guests are here
• Genuine care for the guest experience and a collaborative approach with the team

What You'll Do

• Deliver Woodhouse signature massages and body treatments to protocol
• Set up your room and prepare each service to treatment standard
• Talk with guests about what they need and tailor the session to it
• Let guests know about enhancements and products that genuinely fit no scripts, no quotas
• Keep your space clean and compliant with Illinois State Board standards
• Use our booking software to manage guest records
• Show up reliably for your scheduled shifts

Physical requirements: Standing and bending for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and performing multiple services per shift.
