Shifts: 6a-6p; every other weekend and holiday


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment in Atkinson, NE. This role involves working in a post-acute care setting and provides the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are available, with every other weekend and holiday shifts required.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Perform IV therapy as required
• Assist with patient care, ensuring comfort and safety
• Support the healthcare team with patient management and documentation

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Valid LPN/LVN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Experience in a long-term care setting
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records, specifically Point Click Care (PCC)
