Lead the Charge as a Shift Supervisor at Our Drive-Thru Coffee Shop!

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our coffee shop running smoothly. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead the Team : Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Customer Service Excellence : Set the tone for outstanding service by leading by example and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
- Support Operations : Manage inventory, monitor quality control, and ensure all team members are working cohesively.
- Problem-Solving Pro : Handle any challenges that arise with confidence and professionalism.
- Encourage Growth : Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their roles.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Leadership Skills : The ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their best.
- Customer-Focused Mindset : A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
