Compensation: $22 per hour
Time commitment: Approximately 8 hours per week
Duration: Initial 4-week project, with the possibility of extending to 8 weeks

About the Opportunity

We are a physician-owned primary care practice in Woodbury, Minnesota. We are looking for a friendly, proactive communicator to help introduce our practice to local businesses and schedule meetings with our physician-owner.

Our employer membership program gives employees access to personalized primary care, longer appointments, and direct communication with their doctor. Your role will be to connect with business owners and decision-makers, introduce the program, and arrange a meeting.

What You will Do

• Research local businesses and identify appropriate contacts.
• Make outbound calls to introduce our employer membership program.
• Follow up by email and phone.
• Schedule introductory meetings with interested business owners, HR contacts, and benefits decision-makers.
• Keep accurate records of outreach, responses, and appointments.
• Provide a brief weekly progress update.

Who We are Looking For

• Comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations.
• Friendly, professional, and clear on the phone and in writing.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Persistent and comfortable following up.
• Sales, marketing, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is helpful, but not required.
• Students and career changers are welcome.

Schedule & Support

You may choose your outreach hours within normal business hours. We will provide information about the practice, talking points, and outreach materials. The primary goal is to schedule introductory meetings; no medical knowledge is required.
