Production Intern

About the Role goodr is calling all flaminglets — yes, that’s a baby flamingo — for our 2026 Fall Internship Program! This 9‑week adventure starts August 31st, 2026 and ends October 30th, 2026. The internship is part‑time (up to 30 hours per week) or full‑time (40 hours per week) depending on schedule. It is paid at $20 per hour. The position is located onsite at goodr’s Inglewood, CA office during regular business hours (9 am – 5 pm). Applicants must be willing to work onsite, especially on Tuesdays for at least a half‑day, and must reside in Los Angeles or the surrounding area for the duration of the internship. Responsibilities Gain hands‑on experience in Creative Content Production while learning how a fast‑paced sports eyewear company operates daily. Support the massive content engine (averaging a shoot a week) by assisting on Marketing Campaigns, Sunglasses Launches, and Athlete Partnerships. Collaborate across production tools and systems like Asana, Pics.io, Figma, Wrapbook, and Adobe Premiere to keep projects organized and tracked smoothly. Own a final Capstone Project from start to finish—whether that is line‑producing a live shoot, updating asset‑management processes, or kicking off a new YouTube takeover workflow. Report directly to the Sr. Content Director. Perform other related duties as assigned. Internship Requirements Committed to the full 9‑week internship period (August 31 – October 30 2026). Available for part‑time (up to 30 hrs per week) or full‑time (40 hrs per week) based on schedule. Available to work onsite at the Inglewood, CA office during regular business hours.
