We're hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician in Columbus, Ohio to help us build something special. This role is central to everything we do, ensuring that every order is picked, packed, and shipped with speed, accuracy, and care. You'll be joining a team that moves fast, solves problems together, and takes pride in doing exceptional work. We're looking for someone who: Is detail-oriented and quality-obsessed Thrives in a collaborative, startup environment Wants to grow alongside a company that's scaling quickly Fulfillment or pharmacy experience preferred but not required As one of the first technicians on the team, you'll help define the standards, workflows, and culture of our fulfillment operations. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare finished prescriptions for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and quality presentation. Verify orders against prescriptions and packing lists to confirm accuracy before shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace in accordance with pharmacy standards. Document all fulfillment activities thoroughly, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and shipping details. Support inventory management: track packaging supplies, receive shipments, and check materials for quality. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines, including USP and USP standards and HIPAA. Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with questions, processing prescription orders, and handling payments. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive work environment. Identify and troubleshoot order discrepancies, working with the pharmacy team to resolve issues quickly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting production/shipping deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.
