We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Responsibilities: Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Qualifications: Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
