CDL Motorcoach Driver - Passenger & Air Brake Endorsements

We are working with a leading ground transportation company seeking dedicated and responsible CDL Motorcoach Drivers to operate luxury minicoaches and full-size motorcoaches for corporate, charter, airport transfer, shuttle, and over-the-road (OTR) trips.

The ideal Motorcoach Driver enjoys customer service, safe driving, and providing passengers with a professional, smooth travel experience. Drivers should be comfortable operating luxury coaches, assisting passengers with luggage, and working with onboard technology and dispatch systems.

Key Responsibilities

Operate luxury minicoaches and full-size motorcoaches.
Drive corporate, charter, airport transfer, shuttle, and OTR trips.
Load and unload passenger luggage.
Assist passengers as needed throughout trips.
Use Driver Anywhere and onboard technology systems.
Work with dispatch, GPS, and navigation technology.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Provide professional service during multi-day excursions.
Prioritize safe, smooth, and reliable passenger transportation.

Compensation

Compensation is tiered according to driving experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 25 years of age or older.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable consecutive bus/motorcoach driving experience.
Must bring a 10-year MVR record to the interview.
Must complete required pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug screening.
Clearinghouse requirements apply.
Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
Proficient with dispatch, GPS, and onboard technology systems.
Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
