The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence, operational excellence, and high-quality customer outcomes. This role involves overseeing team leadership, training, and process governance, as well as serving as the primary authority on complaint-related policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing complaint trends, training team members on best practices, and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders. The Vice President will also be expected to model ethical conduct, accountability, and regulatory discipline, and to prioritize customer outcomes and long-term risk management. Candidates for the Vice President position should have 7-10+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields, with a strong background in compliance and operations. Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a commitment to balancing customer needs with business objectives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also a necessary qualification.
