The role

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the campaigns we run, starting in an entry-level marketing role with face-to-face sales at its core. You’ll represent campaigns at events, pop-ups and retail locations across Chicago, building brand awareness, generating leads and winning new customers for the organizations we work with.

What you’ll do

• Bring campaigns to life at events, pop-ups and retail locations around Chicago
\n
• Approach customers with confidence and build rapport quickly
\n
• Explain products clearly and handle questions on the spot
\n
• Generate leads and win new customers for the brands we represent
\n
• Keep your stand presented to a high standard throughout the day
\n
• Review your results with your coach and share what’s working with the team
\n

What we’re looking for

\n
• You’re authorized to work in the US and can work full-time on-site in Chicago
\n
• You get a buzz from meeting new people and can build rapport in seconds
\n
• You stay positive when the day gets busy, and you bounce back quickly from a “no”
\n
• You’re coachable and keen to keep improving
\n
• No experience needed: hospitality, retail, call center, team sport and volunteering experience all count
\n
• Bonus if you’ve studied marketing or worked in a customer-facing role
\n
