Elevator Operator

Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $14.00hr - $19.00hrRequirement/Must Have:Ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed.Ability to work outside in all types of weather.Ability to work from heights.Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.Background Check Required.Drug Test required.Responsibilities:Operate safely within the organization’s policy, procedures, and governmental regulations.Participate fully in the organization’s safety programs.Perform critical operations to keep the facility running including loading and unloading trucks and railcars.Handle grain operations such as filling and reclaiming ground piles, transferring, and blending.Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable interaction.Maintain the general appearance of the facility including elevators, grounds, and buildings.Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order.Participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.Notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.Engage as an active member of the team.Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning floors.Skills:Grain handling.Equipment monitoring.Facility maintenance.Customer service.Safety compliance.Qualification And Education:1+ years of experience.Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):Ability to climb ladders.Ability to work from heights.Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.
