Driver / Warehouse Laborer (Class A CDL Required)

RRS ID is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing recycling team. This is a physically demanding position that combines driving, warehouse operations, and hands-on labor. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in working hard, learning new skills, and being part of a team making a positive environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Perform manual labor, including lifting, sorting, and processing recyclable materials.
• Operate heavy equipment and industrial machinery safely.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory movement, and general housekeeping.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more .
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Forklift experience (certification preferred but not required).
• Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus.
• Warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Basic Microsoft Excel or computer skills.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Recycling, transportation, or manufacturing experience.
