Production Line Ready Associate degree in engineering (ASEE) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) Experience with mechanical systems, tools, and machine shop equipment Knowledge of 3D printing technologies preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with electronics and firmware is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform hands‑on technical work Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs Ability to work with tools, machinery, and detailed components Why It's a Win Good weekly pay for the work you put in Strong benefits package – Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Safety‑first floor where you can focus and get it done Employee discounts that help your dollars go farther Optional 401(k) if you like to plan ahead Your Day at the Plant Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro‑mechanical systems and 3D printers Assemble/disassemble components and perform preventive maintenance Design and build fixtures, jigs, and prototypes using CAD and 3D printing Develop and document assembly, test, and operating procedures Support cross‑functional projects to resolve technical issues Perform root cause analysis on non‑conforming materials and returned products Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and design updates Assist with parts handling, inventory tracking, and shipping as needed Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
