How You Will Make a Tangible Impact You will serve as a strategic consultant, shaping the future of the workforce by:

• Driving Strategy: Consult closely with business leaders, HR, and Sourcing Specialists to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, from talent attraction to the final value proposition.

• Championing Diversity: Promote an equitable work environment by spearheading diverse talent acquisition initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.

• Cultivating Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business areas, building robus partnerships with hiring managers.

• Elevating the Experience: Advocate for a seamless candidate journey while managing applicants efficiently through the ATS.

• Innovating Processes: Continuously optimize talent acquisition workflows and maintain expertise in marketplace trends and legal compliance.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing.

• Core Skills: Demonstrated ability to evaluate talent across a wide variety of roles, levels, and geographic locations.

• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).

• Preferred: Experience actively supporting and driving diversity recruiting initiatives.
