Senior Instrumentation Technician

Pfizer seeks a Senior Instrumentation Technician to maintain and calibrate manufacturing processing systems at its Andover, Massachusetts facility. The role involves equipment repair, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance, calibration, and repair of manufacturing processing systems throughout the facility
- Track repair history and manage equipment data using CMMS systems
- Identify and resolve moderately routine technical problems with supervisor guidance
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and plant audits
- Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols and multi-craft work activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Basic understanding of instrumentation or calibration principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights with safety equipment
Compensation: $29.83–$49.72 per hour
