Case Manager – Detox and Residential Treatment Facility – Indianapolis, IN Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. What You’ll Do Advocate for clients, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment. Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs. Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment. Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment. Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc., as necessary for client post‑discharge. Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support, etc.). What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. 1‑year experience in the treatment industry preferred. If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required. Excellent communication, multitasking, and time‑management skills. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Warm, empathetic, respectful personality. Why Join Us?
