WMS Supervisor

This role sits at the intersection of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and systems support . We’re looking for a WMS Supervisor who understands what happens on the floor—and knows how to use the systems behind it to keep product moving accurately and efficiently.

Where You’ll Take Ownership

\n
    \n
  • Lead and support WMS and cycle count personnel
    • \n
  • Monitor WMS activity and troubleshoot system-related issues
    • \n
  • Protect inventory integrity by identifying and resolving process gaps
    • \n
  • Configure pick zones, replenishment strategies & location setups
    • \n
  • Support RF equipment, PCs, and other DC technology
    • \n
  • Partner with warehouse teams across receiving, shipping & order fulfillment
    • \n
  • Maintain safety, quality & productivity standards
    • \n

What Gets Our Attention

\n

✔️ 2+ years working in a WMS environment

\n

✔️ Strong understanding of cycle counting and inventory control

\n

✔️ Knowledge of warehouse processes from receiving through shipping

\n

✔️ Ability to investigate system issues and find practical solutions

\n

✔️ Familiarity with systems such as RedPrairie, Catalyst, Kronos or Vocollect is a plus

\n

✔️ Flexibility to support an evening shift and other shifts when needed

\n

\n

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands how systems, inventory, and warehouse operations connect —and wants to take ownership of keeping all three aligned.
