Senior CRA
ICON
Senior Clinical Research Associate at ICON overseeing clinical trial monitoring activities across sponsor-dedicated engagements. The role focuses on ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data integrity while leading site management and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standard adherence
- Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, resolve operational issues, and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely and accurate data collection and reporting
- Train and mentor site staff and junior CRAs to maintain high-quality trial conduct standards
- Build and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific or healthcare discipline
- Extensive Clinical Research Associate experience with deep knowledge of trial processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently
- Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and clinical trial software systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
- Legal authorization to work in assigned country
