Base pay range $45.00/hr - $57.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Randstad USA Location: On-site, throughout LA County, California Start Date: Next Monday (Immediate start required – ability to move quickly through interviews and onboarding is essential) About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Site Superintendents to lead daily field operations across various construction projects in LA County. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will be the on-site leader, ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet stringent quality and safety standards, and that our construction teams are aligned and productive. We have 6 immediate openings for this fast-paced, dynamic assignment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and individual roles, ensuring crew readiness and alignment. Assign work based on each team member’s experience and capabilities, maximizing efficiency and productivity. Verify that all tools, materials, and equipment are present, operational, and staged for the day’s tasks. Deliver daily safety talks and enforce compliance with all safety procedures and site regulations. Define clear timelines and deliverables for each task to keep the team focused and deadline-driven. Monitor crew performance and job progress throughout the day; resolve issues and escalate when needed. Lead debriefs to assess what was completed, identify blockers, and plan corrective actions or next steps. Provide real-time coaching and support to crew members to strengthen capabilities and accountability. Act as the primary point of contact between the field crew, Project Managers, and upper management, maintaining clear, consistent communication. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, delays, photos, and completed work for internal records and reporting. Qualifications: 5+ years of field experience in structured cabling, low voltage, or construction supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately). Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, job specifications, and project plans. Proficiency with reporting tools, mobile field apps, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
